Mark Fitness Lifestyle THE WORKOUT I go to gym on average
six days a week. On Mondays, Wednesday, & Friday I hit the
weights. I lift pretty heavy as I am genetically a thin guy and
heavy weights low reps give me the size. I use mostly machines, as
they are safer when you workout without a spotter. I do have a Bowflex and a Elliptical Machine at home if I can't get the the gym,
but I prefer the whole gym atmosphere. Tuesday, Thursday, and
Saturday I do Cardio Work, which can vary from Treadmills to Boxing
based cardio DVDs. The key is always finding the "holes" in your
workout and making it better and better. THE DIET I am definitely a high
protein person, as I try to consume some form of protein six-seven
times a day, and lots of veggies, and whole grain carbs. I avoid
the three enemies of any healthy lifestyle, white flour products,
sugar and fat. I also do take various supplements from the health food
store, an no I have never even thought of using steroids, as the long
terms effects are simply not worth it.
